Borgo Dolce Vita is a small group of trulli that consists of three units.

The first unit contains a large dining room with fireplace and table for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen-diner, a double bedroom with a fireplace served by an en-suite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom served by a bathroom with shower, a third double bedroom in a trullo comprising an en-suite shower room and an alcove with stone seats. Each bedroom has its own independent external exit.

Outside, a patio with a large table for up to 14 people and a barbecue, a relaxation area with wooden beds and a second sitting area with built-in sofas.

The second unit is composed of a kitchenette, a first double bedroom with a shower room en suite and a second double bedroom served by a bathroom with shower in a trullo. Each room has its own independent external exit.

The third unit, a lamia which is opposite to the first two units, hosts a master bedroom served by an en-suite bathroom with hand built bathtub, a living room/bedroom with 2/3 beds for children and an outdoor farmyard with a table for 6 people.

The property is situated in an estate of about two hectares with olive and almond trees, which includes a salt water SWIMMING POOL that is 14 X 3.50 meters and 1.4 meters deep, with sun terrace and outdoor shower.

BOOKING NOTES: Borgo Dolce Vita can be rented by a minimum of 8 people to a maximum of 12 adults and 3 children.

It is equipped with heating and can be rented all year round.
